How to get there
Travel either on the R511 (from Diepsloot and through Hennops) or the R512 (past Lanseria to Broederstroom). Pass Pecanwood and drive straight past the turning to Brits and Sun City. You will pass the entrance to Lakeland and then cross over a disused railway crossing. Soon after this railway line - watch out for a big pothole on the left of the road. Only one car can pass this point at a time. You then pass the entrance to the Coves on your right hand side. Further on you will see the [SEM] jumps of Le Godimo horse trials course on your left.

700m past Le Godimo's entrance (and sign) [SEM] is a T-junction. Turn left onto the R560 to Magaliesburg. Van Galen Cheese Farm is immediately on your right. Cross the Scheerpoort river and continue through the "village" of Scheerpoort (Watch out for the four little speed bumps!). There is a brand new petrol station with a shop and toilets on the left (Good for a 'loo' stop')

1,3km from the (Van Gaalen) T-junction there is a stop street. Turn right onto the gravel road to Hartebeesfontein. The sign might appear to point straight on to Hartebeesfontein, but you must turn right onto the dirt road.

After turning off the tar you enter the farm using the third gate on the right. The first is Corner House, the second is Woodcutters House and the third is unmarked. Use this third entrance and turn immediately right to park under the trees.
