This year our annual dinner to celebrate the end of another season will be combined with our biggest FUN-raiser of the year - on Saturday 5th April.

The auction and events are structured to be enjoyable for everyone. Even if you do not intend to be a big 'punter' in the auction, your presence tends to encourage those who are.

The hounds have given us top class entertainment throughout the season and this is your opportunity to sponsor one of your very own. Choose your favourite hounds of the season to sponsor for the next season. They could potentially win a trophy in your name.

This last season's (2024/25) winning sponsors will be presented with their trophies.

The Betty Proudfoot Trophy - for the Best New Entry
The Senior Trophy - for the Best Senior Hound
The Nat Hamilton Plate - for the Most Improved Hound
The Patterson Cup - for the Best Hunting Hound of the season

The menu and cost will be shared here as soon as it is finalised.
There will be cash bar.

"Walk-ins' on the night may find themselves with nowhere to sit and nothing to eat.

You are encouraged to bring friends and family - but you do need to pre-book for whoever is a part of your table.
